100g = 40 - 45 cups.

Ingredients | Rooibos, Ginger, Cinnamon, Black+White Pepper, Clove & Nutmeg.

Preparation | 1 tsp per cup - 100°C for 3-5 minutes. Add milk & sugar to taste.
