Since Covid, Many of us speak about social connectedness and social isolation more often.  This is due to the common learning from the Covid period.  We learned to appreciate the ability to have physical connections and conversations that contribute to our well-being. Easiest way to put this into action is invite family, friends and neighbours for a cup of tea.  Ancient traditions that supported natural mental health.
